Email legal@discoparrot.com with the app version, Windows version, a short description and steps to reproduce. Use the subject “Disco Parrot support”. Do not include passwords, provider keys, complete repositories or unrelated personal information. Response hours and service levels depend on your organization agreement; this page does not promise continuous coverage.
Installation and Windows requirements
Use the signed installer supplied through the approved distribution channel. An account and internet connection are required for hosted features. To uninstall, open Windows Settings, choose Apps, find Disco Parrot and select Uninstall. Uninstalling removes the desktop application; it does not automatically close your hosted account or cancel a service agreement.
Workspace access and paid features
Your workspace administrator controls organization membership, permissions and integrations. Available features also depend on plan and provider configuration. A sales inquiry does not purchase a plan or activate access. Ask your administrator about access first, then contact product support with the workspace name and a concise explanation.
AI and connected resources
Review the selected workflow and provider before starting an agent task. AI output can be inaccurate. Share only the minimum context needed to investigate an issue; do not send credentials or private files in an initial support request. Disconnecting an integration or uninstalling the app does not necessarily delete content already held by the hosted platform or connected provider.

Privacy requests: privacy@discoparrot.com. Security vulnerabilities: security@discoparrot.com. Harmful human content or AI output: legal@discoparrot.com, with a minimal content/session reference and explanation.
